Didn’t receive the download?
- Check the email you used at checkout (look in Spam/Promotions).
- Search for: “SEVENTY order” or “Your download is ready”.
- Still missing? Email info@officialseventy.com with your name and order number.
Downloads are also visible under My Account → Downloads if you created an account.
Refunds (7-day guarantee)
- We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Email us from your order email with your order number.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Where do I find my files later?
In your confirmation email (download link) and under My Account → Downloads if you registered.
Can I use the files on multiple devices?
Yes, for your personal use. Please don’t share the files publicly.
Do I need equipment?
No. Our routines are designed for home or office with bodyweight only.
I bought but the price looks wrong
Occasionally VAT or currency rounding can show odd decimals. Email us and we’ll correct it.
My payment failed
Try a different card or browser. If it still fails, contact us and we can generate a secure payment link.
